We designed and installed a complete Vaillant aroTHERM Plus system with a 200L hot water cylinder, whole-house wet underfloor heating and weather-compensated controls, all operating at an efficient 38°C flow temperature. The project also included a complete plumbing upgrade, VDI 2035 water treatment, magnetic filtration and a dedicated electrical supply to maximise long-term reliability.
The result is a highly efficient heating system that delivers outstanding comfort while helping to keep running costs to a minimum.

Replacing an old oil-fired heating system isn’t simply about changing the boiler. For this detached home in Epsom, we completely redesigned the heating system to suit a modern Vaillant aroTHERM Plus 7kW heat pump.
Following a full heat loss assessment, we upgraded three radiators, replaced sections of restrictive single-pipe heating with a modern two-pipe system and converted the property from a gravity-fed hot water system to a pressurised unvented cylinder. We also power flushed the system, filled it with demineralised water to VDI 2035 standards and installed magnetic filtration to protect the new heat pump for years to come.
The completed installation provides lower running costs, improved comfort and a heating system engineered to deliver maximum efficiency throughout every season.
